Thank you for attending your consultation with Mr Chan at Circle Aesthetics, Suite 14, Blackrock Clinic, on 12 August 2026.
During your consultation, we discussed your concerns regarding the aging process, particularly around the perioral area, the periorbital region, the face more generally and the neck.
Mr Chan explained that a combined treatment approach would be required to address the different aspects of skin aging. The aim is to improve skin quality, texture, fine lines, firmness and overall freshness, while keeping the result natural and realistic.
Because you have a history of albinism, your skin needs to be treated with particular care. Mr Chan has therefore recommended starting with BBL HEROic and SkinTyte, followed by a test patch before proceeding with the more intensive HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional laser treatment.
The main scheduling priority is to identify a suitable period when you can allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional treatment.

This treatment plan focuses on improving skin quality, texture, fine lines, firmness and overall freshness. It is designed to enhance your appearance naturally while keeping safety and realistic expectations as the priority.
Important Note About Albinism and Test Patch
Because you have a history of albinism, your skin may respond differently to light based and laser treatments.
For this reason, Mr Chan recommends a cautious and staged approach.
The plan is to begin with BBL HEROic Session 1 and SkinTyte Session 1, then assess how your skin responds. Before proceeding with HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional laser treatment, a test patch will be performed.
The more intensive laser treatment will only proceed if the test patch response is satisfactory and Mr Chan feels it is clinically appropriate.
This approach is designed to prioritise safety while still allowing the treatment plan to progress.
Important Note About Expectations
This is a non surgical treatment programme.
Non surgical treatments can improve skin quality, texture, tone, fine lines, firmness and overall freshness, but they cannot remove excess skin or reproduce the result of surgery.
The expected result is therefore natural enhancement and visible improvement, not a surgical lifting result.
Results vary between individuals and depend on skin quality, healing response, treatment tolerance, sun exposure, aftercare and consistency with the treatment programme.
Because of your history of albinism, treatment settings and timing may need to be adjusted depending on how your skin responds.
Why a Combined Treatment Programme Is Recommended
A single treatment is unlikely to address all of the concerns discussed.

Provides more intensive laser renewal, improving texture, luminosity, fine lines and collagen remodelling.
ProFractional
Provides focused resurfacing for selected fine lines and texture changes around the perioral and periorbital areas.
Test Patch
Used before the more intensive laser treatment because of Caroline’s history of albinism.
Together, these treatments aim to improve the appearance of the face, neck, perioral area and periorbital area in a natural, progressive and medically guided way.

ProFractional Laser Resurfacing to the perioral and periorbital areas x 1
To treat selected fine lines and texture changes around the mouth and eye area, where clinically appropriate.
Proposed Treatment Schedule
Caroline has a busy schedule, so the exact dates will be confirmed with the clinic assistant.
The treatment schedule below is provided as a guide. The main priority is to identify a suitable period when Caroline can allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after the HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional laser treatment.

Important Downtime Note
The HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment with ProFractional resurfacing to the perioral and periorbital areas is the most intensive treatment in this programme.
Please allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after this treatment.
During this recovery period, Caroline may experience redness, swelling, bronzing, dryness, peeling, sensitivity and temporary darkening or change in treated areas before the skin settles.
Strict sun avoidance and daily SPF 50 are essential before and after laser and BBL treatment.
Because of Caroline’s history of albinism, this treatment will only proceed after a satisfactory test patch and clinical review by Mr Chan.
Detailed Treatment Information
BBL HEROic x 3
BBL HEROic is a light based treatment used to improve skin clarity, redness, pigmentation, tone and luminosity. It can also support collagen stimulation and overall skin rejuvenation.
In Caroline’s programme, 3 sessions are included.
The first BBL HEROic session is recommended before HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional so that Mr Chan can assess how the skin responds before progressing to more intensive laser treatment.
SkinTyte x 6
SkinTyte is used to support gradual skin firming and tightening.
It is not a surgical lifting treatment, but it may help improve skin firmness and skin contractility when performed as a course.
In Caroline’s programme, 6 sessions are included.
Because of Caroline’s history of albinism, a test patch is recommended before proceeding with HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional laser treatment.
The purpose of the test patch is to assess how the skin responds before treating a larger area.
The laser treatment will only proceed if the test patch response is satisfactory and Mr Chan feels it is clinically appropriate.
HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment
HALO TRIBRID is a more intensive laser resurfacing treatment designed to improve skin texture, fine lines, luminosity and collagen remodelling.
This treatment will only be performed once the skin response has been assessed and the test patch result is satisfactory.
It requires approximately 12 days of social downtime, so timing needs to be planned carefully around Caroline’s schedule.
ProFractional Laser Resurfacing to Perioral and Periorbital Areas
ProFractional Laser Resurfacing may be used in selected areas to improve focused fine lines and texture changes.
In Caroline’s plan, ProFractional treatment is focused on the perioral and periorbital areas, where clinically appropriate.
Because of the sensitivity of these areas and Caroline’s history of albinism, treatment will be planned cautiously.

Any treatment outside the listed programme, including additional BBL HEROic, additional SkinTyte, further laser resurfacing, Botox, filler, skincare products or surgical treatment, would be discussed and quoted separately if required.
Safety Planning Because of Albinism
Caroline’s history of albinism means that treatment planning needs to be especially cautious.
This does not automatically prevent treatment, but it does mean that Mr Chan will proceed carefully, use appropriate settings, assess skin response and perform a test patch before the more intensive laser treatment.
The treatment plan may be adjusted depending on how Caroline’s skin responds.
The priority is always safety, controlled treatment and realistic expectations.
Your Commitment During the Programme
For the best result, the programme requires consistency and careful aftercare.
Caroline will need to:

The final result will continue to mature after the active treatment programme has finished.
