Thank you for attending your consultation with Mr Chan at Circle Aesthetics, Suite 14, Blackrock Clinic, on 17 July 2026.
It was a pleasure to meet you and to discuss your concerns regarding facial aging, volume loss and ongoing changes around the lower face, particularly the peri oral area.
You explained that you have previously undergone a facelift and neck lift more than 10 years ago. You have also recently had filler treatment, but continue to notice age related changes.
You are not considering a secondary facelift or neck lift at this stage, and you are understandably still deciding whether you would prefer to grow old gracefully without further intervention or proceed with non surgical treatment.
Following our detailed discussion, Mr Chan’s advice is that if you decide to proceed with non surgical treatment, a comprehensive and carefully sequenced plan would be required in order to achieve a visible and worthwhile improvement.
The aim is not to make you look different or over treated. The aim is to help you look fresher, softer, more supported and more refined, while maintaining a natural and age appropriate appearance.
Main Concerns Identified

Volume loss
Loss of soft tissue support, particularly in the mid face and lower third of the face.
Peri oral aging
Ageing around the mouth, including lines, folds and reduced support around the lips and mouth area.
Lower face changes
Ongoing aging changes around the lower face and jawline.
Previous facelift and neck lift
A history of facelift and neck lift more than 10 years ago, with further age related changes since then.
Recent filler treatment
Recent filler treatment has been performed, but there remains ongoing facial aging and volume change.
Skin quality changes
Reduced elasticity, hydration, texture, brightness and luminosity.
Eye area aging
Fine lines and texture changes around the eye area.
Natural result preference
A desire to avoid an over treated appearance and maintain a natural look.
No secondary facelift or neck lift planned
You are not considering further facelift or neck lift surgery at this stage.
This treatment plan focuses on visible non surgical improvement while maintaining a natural, age appropriate result. It is not intended to reproduce the result of a secondary facelift or neck lift.
Important Note About Expectations
Because you have previously undergone facelift and neck lift surgery, and because some of the aging changes are structural, non surgical treatment cannot reproduce the result of a secondary facelift or neck lift.

Choosing the Right Level of Treatment
During your consultation, we discussed that it is entirely reasonable to choose either approach.
You may decide to continue aging naturally without further active treatment. This is a valid and respectable choice.
Alternatively, if you feel that the visible aging changes are affecting your confidence and you would like to improve them, Mr Chan’s advice is that a comprehensive non surgical programme would be required to achieve a meaningful and visible improvement.
The purpose of this proposal is to outline what a structured non surgical programme would involve, so that you can make an informed decision in your own time.
Why a Comprehensive Plan Is Recommended
A single treatment is unlikely to address all of your concerns.
Your concerns involve several different layers: skin quality and elasticity, pigmentation, redness and luminosity, fine lines and texture, volume loss and facial support, peri oral aging, and age related change around the eye area.
For this reason, Mr Chan has recommended a combination treatment plan. Each treatment has a different role, and the programme is designed so that each stage supports the next.

Helps improve redness, pigmentation, sun damage, skin clarity and luminosity.
SkinTyte
Supports gradual skin firming and tightening.
Filler Treatment
Restores selected areas of support in the mid face and lower third of the face, mainly around the mouth.
Sunekos
Supports hydration, elasticity and dermal skin quality.
HALO TRIBRID
Provides more intensive laser renewal, luminosity improvement and collagen remodelling.
ProFractional
Provides focused resurfacing for fine lines and texture changes around the mouth and eye area.

The treatment plan would begin after your return from your holiday break.
The exact timing may be adjusted depending on appointment availability, skin response, bruising, swelling, recovery, social plans, sun exposure and clinical suitability on the day.

Why This Sequence Has Been Recommended
The programme begins with BBL HEROic Session 1 and SkinTyte Session 1. This allows the skin quality, redness, pigmentation, luminosity and early firming process to begin before proceeding with filler treatment.
The filler treatment is then planned early in the programme because volume loss and peri oral aging are among your main concerns. This may provide earlier visible improvement while the skin quality and collagen stimulating treatments continue to build gradually over time.
The HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional treatment is also planned earlier in the programme, provided the timing is suitable. This is because you are likely to want more visible improvement around the mouth and eye area. As this treatment requires approximately 12 days of social downtime, it must be scheduled carefully around social events, holidays, sun exposure and recovery time.
The remaining BBL HEROic, SkinTyte and Sunekos sessions then help consolidate the result, supporting ongoing skin quality, collagen stimulation, luminosity and gradual firming.
Important Downtime Note
The HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment with ProFractional resurfacing around the mouth and eye area is the most intensive treatment in this programme.
Please allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after this treatment.
During this recovery period, you may experience redness, swelling, bronzing, peeling, dryness, sensitivity and temporary darkening of pigmentation before the skin renews.
Strict sun avoidance and daily SPF 50 are essential before and after this treatment.
This treatment should only be scheduled when you can avoid important social commitments, holidays, significant sun exposure and active skincare during the recovery period.
Detailed Treatment Information
BBL HEROic x 3
BBL HEROic is a light based treatment used to improve redness, pigmentation, sun damage, skin clarity and luminosity. It can also support collagen stimulation and overall skin rejuvenation.
In this plan, 3 sessions are included.
The first BBL HEROic session is recommended at the start of the programme, together with SkinTyte Session 1, to begin improving skin quality before filler treatment.
BBL SkinTyte x 6
SkinTyte is used to support gradual skin firming and tightening. It is not a replacement for surgery, but it may help improve skin firmness and contractility when performed as a course of treatments.
In this plan, 6 sessions are included.
SkinTyte will be combined with some BBL HEROic sessions and continued as a consolidation treatment during the programme.
Filler Treatment to Mid and Lower Face
Filler treatment is recommended to improve selected areas of volume loss and soft tissue support, particularly around the mid face, lower third of the face and peri oral area.
The filler treatment is planned early in the programme because volume loss and aging around the mouth are among your main concerns.
The aim is not to overfill or change your appearance, but to provide subtle support where aging and volume loss are contributing to folds, shadows and peri oral ageing.
The filler will be placed carefully and conservatively, with the aim of maintaining a natural, age appropriate result.
A complimentary filler top up may be considered if clinically indicated once the initial filler and treatment response have settled.
Sunekos to Face and Neck x 3
Sunekos is a regenerative injectable treatment used to support hydration, elasticity and dermal skin quality.
In your programme, Sunekos is recommended as a course of 3 sessions, spaced approximately 2 to 3 weeks apart.
The aim is to improve the quality of the skin before and alongside the other treatments, helping the skin look fresher, healthier and more supported.
HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional Laser Resurfacing
HALO TRIBRID is a more intensive laser resurfacing treatment used to improve skin texture, pigmentation, fine lines, luminosity and collagen remodelling.
ProFractional Laser Resurfacing may be used in selected areas to improve fine lines and texture, particularly around the mouth and eye area, where clinically appropriate.
This is the most intensive part of the treatment programme and requires careful planning.
In this plan, HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional are planned earlier in the programme, once the filler has settled and once you can allow adequate recovery time.
Please allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after this treatment.

Complimentary Filler Top Up, If Indicated
A small filler top up is included on a complimentary basis if Mr Chan feels it is clinically indicated after the initial filler and treatment response have settled.
This is not automatically required for every patient. It will only be performed if it is appropriate and likely to improve the final result.
The aim remains conservative, natural and age appropriate facial support.
Your Commitment During the Programme
For the best result, this programme requires consistency and careful aftercare. You will need to:
