Thank you for attending your consultation with Mr Chan to discuss non surgical facial and neck rejuvenation in preparation for your wedding on 14 November 2026.
Mr Chan has carefully assessed your facial and neck appearance and has outlined a personalised treatment plan to achieve the best possible improvement in a natural and masculine way. As facelift and necklift surgery are not suitable in your case in terms of safety and aesthetic outcome, the aim is to use a combination of non surgical treatments to improve the quality of the skin, tighten the lower face and neck as much as possible, and help you look fresher, firmer and better rested for the wedding.
Main concerns identified
The main features contributing to facial and neck ageing in your case are:

1. Aura 3D Facial Analysis
Aura 3D Facial Analysis is the starting point of the treatment journey. It provides a detailed assessment of the face and neck and allows accurate photographic and skin quality documentation before treatment begins.
Helps assess skin texture, pigmentation, redness, facial balance and treatment needs, while also providing an objective before and after record.
2. Endolift
Endolift is the main tightening treatment in your plan. A very fine laser fibre is placed under the skin to deliver controlled heat to the deeper tissues. This stimulates collagen, tightens the lower face and neck, and can improve early jowling and fullness beneath the chin.
Improves lower face and upper neck laxity and provides the structural foundation of the plan.
As collagen remodelling varies from person to person, there is a reasonable likelihood that a further Endolift touch up treatment may be beneficial later in the programme if additional tightening or refinement is required after the initial result has settled.
3. BBL HEROIC
BBL HEROIC is a light based treatment used to improve skin tone and overall skin quality. It helps reduce sun damage, uneven pigmentation, mild redness, and dullness, giving the skin a fresher and healthier appearance.

Why more than one treatment is needed
No single treatment can address all concerns on its own. Some features relate to deeper tissue laxity, while others are caused by skin texture change, sun damage, or expression lines. For this reason, a combination approach is recommended to achieve the best overall improvement before the wedding.
Likelihood of needing an Endolift touch up
Endolift is expected to provide the main tightening effect. However, because response to collagen stimulation differs between individuals, and because lower face and neck laxity can be more challenging to treat non surgically, there is a significant possibility that a further Endolift touch up may be recommended later in the treatment course to optimise the final result before the wedding.
