A consultant led treatment programme designed to enhance and maintain your previous facelift and neck lift result by improving skin tone, texture, peri oral and peri ocular lines, volume support, lower face refinement and overall freshness.

Thank you for attending your consultation with Mr Chan at Circle Aesthetics, Suite 14, Blackrock Clinic, on 4 August 2026.
During your consultation, we discussed your concerns regarding ongoing facial aging following your previous facelift and neck lift surgery in Malaysia in 2020.
Mr Chan explained that your previous surgical result remains very good, especially as the surgery was performed approximately six years ago. At this stage, secondary facelift and neck lift surgery is not currently on the table.
Instead, the focus should be on enhancing and maintaining the quality of the existing surgical result by improving the areas that commonly continue to change with time, including skin tone, skin texture, peri oral wrinkles, peri ocular wrinkles, facial volume support, lower face definition and neck skin quality.
A carefully planned non surgical programme may help you look fresher, smoother and more refined, while preserving a natural and age appropriate appearance.
Main Concerns Identified
The main concerns discussed during your consultation include:
Skin tone
Uneven skin tone, pigmentation, redness and sun related skin changes.
Skin texture
Reduced smoothness, visible pores and textural change affecting overall skin quality.
Peri oral wrinkles
Lines and texture changes around the mouth and lips.
Peri ocular wrinkles
Fine lines and texture changes around the eye area.
Loss of facial volume
Volume loss affecting support, balance, facial softness and overall freshness.
Lower face definition
Ongoing aging changes around the lower third of the face.
Neck contour and firmness
A wish to improve neck quality, tightening and sculpting without proceeding to further surgery.
Previous facelift and neck lift
A history of facelift and neck lift surgery in 2020, with a result that remains very good.
Natural result preference
A desire to look fresher and more refined without appearing over treated.
This treatment plan focuses on enhancing the existing facelift and neck lift result by improving skin quality, texture, volume support, fine lines and lower face refinement. It is not intended to replace the result of secondary facelift or neck lift surgery.
Important Note About Your Previous Facelift and Neck Lift Result
Your previous facelift and neck lift result remains very good, particularly given that the surgery was performed in 2020.
However, surgery does not stop the natural aging process. Over time, the skin, collagen, pigmentation, facial volume and surface texture continue to change.
At this stage, Mr Chan does not feel that you need to immediately consider secondary facelift and neck lift surgery. Instead, the recommended focus is on non surgical enhancement of the existing surgical result.
The aim is to improve the quality of the skin, restore selected areas of facial support, soften peri oral and peri ocular lines, and refine the lower face and neck without changing your natural appearance.
Why a Combination Approach Is Recommended
A single treatment is unlikely to address all of the concerns discussed.
The changes involve several different layers of the face:
- Skin tone and pigmentation
- Skin texture and fine lines
- Hydration and elasticity
- Volume loss and facial support
- Lower face firmness
- Neck contour and definition
- Overall luminosity and freshness
For this reason, Mr Chan has recommended a combination treatment plan. Each treatment has a different role and is designed to support the overall result.

Provides more intensive laser renewal, improving pigmentation, texture, fine lines, luminosity and collagen remodelling.

Supports lower third and neck tightening, sculpting and refinement.
Together, these treatments aim to enhance and maintain the existing facelift and neck lift result in a natural, progressive and non surgical way.

Sunekos x 3 sessions
To support hydration, elasticity and dermal skin quality.
BBL HEROic x 3 sessions
To improve redness, pigmentation, sun damage, skin clarity and luminosity.
SkinTyte x 6 sessions
To support gradual skin firming and tightening.
HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment x 1
To provide more intensive skin renewal, improving texture, pigmentation, fine lines, luminosity and collagen stimulation.
ProFractional to peri oral and peri ocular areas x 1
To treat selected fine lines and texture changes around the mouth and eye area, where clinically appropriate.
Filler treatment
To support lifting and volumising in selected areas of the face, helping to restore facial balance and soften volume related aging changes.
Endolift
Mainly for tightening, lower third refinement and neck sculpting.
Important note: If budget is a concern, Endolift can be omitted from the initial treatment plan.
Botox note: Botox treatment can continue with Dr Steve and is not included in this proposal.

The exact treatment sequence may be adjusted depending on Anne’s skin response, recovery, downtime, social commitments, budget and clinical suitability on the day.

Endolift can be included as part of the full programme or omitted if Anne would prefer to reduce the initial treatment cost.
Important Downtime Note
The HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment with ProFractional resurfacing to the peri oral and peri ocular areas is the most intensive resurfacing treatment in this programme.
Please allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after this treatment.
During this recovery period, Anne may experience redness, swelling, bronzing, peeling, dryness, sensitivity and temporary darkening of pigmentation before the skin renews.
Strict sun avoidance and daily SPF 50 are essential before and after laser and BBL treatment.
Treatment around the eye area requires careful assessment and will only be performed if clinically appropriate.
Detailed Treatment Information
Sunekos x 3
€1,250Sunekos is a regenerative injectable treatment used to support hydration, elasticity and dermal skin quality.
In Anne’s programme, Sunekos is recommended as a course of 3 sessions.
The aim is to improve overall skin quality, resilience and hydration, helping the skin look fresher, healthier and more supported.
BBL HEROic x 3
€1,200BBL HEROic is a light based treatment used to improve redness, pigmentation, sun damage and skin clarity. It can also support collagen stimulation and overall skin rejuvenation.
In Anne’s programme, BBL HEROic is recommended to improve skin tone, brightness, pigmentation and luminosity.
In this plan, 3 sessions are included.
SkinTyte x 6
€1,800SkinTyte is used to support gradual skin firming and tightening.
It is not a surgical lifting treatment, but it may help improve skin firmness and contractility when performed as a course of treatments.
In Anne’s programme, SkinTyte is recommended as a course of 6 sessions.
HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment
€1,950HALO TRIBRID is a more intensive laser resurfacing treatment designed to improve skin texture, pigmentation, fine lines, luminosity and collagen remodelling.
This treatment can be particularly useful where there are more established changes in skin quality, sun damage, texture and pigmentation.
HALO TRIBRID will be carefully planned around Anne’s recovery time and skin suitability.
ProFractional to Peri Oral and Peri Ocular Areas
€2,250ProFractional Laser Resurfacing may be used in selected areas to improve fine lines and texture.
In Anne’s plan, ProFractional treatment is focused around the peri oral and peri ocular areas, where clinically appropriate.
This is usually performed together with HALO TRIBRID as part of the more intensive laser renewal session.
Filler Treatment
€2,200Filler treatment is recommended to support lifting and volumising in selected areas of the face.
The aim is not to overfill or change Anne’s appearance, but to restore selected areas of support where volume loss is contributing to aging, shadows or reduced facial balance.
The filler will be placed carefully and conservatively, with the aim of maintaining a natural, refined and age appropriate result.
Endolift
€3,000Endolift may be considered mainly for tightening, lower third refinement and neck sculpting.
It may help support lower face definition and neck contouring without immediately proceeding to secondary facelift or neck lift surgery.
Endolift is included in the full comprehensive programme, but it can be omitted if Anne would prefer to reduce the initial treatment cost.
Botox
Botox treatment can continue with Dr Steve.
Botox is not included in this proposal and has not been included in the package pricing.

Anne, your previous facelift and neck lift result remains very good, particularly given that the surgery was performed in 2020.
At this stage, Mr Chan does not feel that you need to immediately consider secondary facelift and neck lift surgery.
A staged non surgical plan is a sensible approach. The focus should be on improving skin quality, tone, texture, peri oral and peri ocular lines, facial volume support and lower face refinement.
If you would like the most comprehensive non surgical approach, the programme including Endolift would provide additional tightening and sculpting to the lower third of the face and neck.
If budget is a concern, Endolift can be omitted from the initial programme and considered later depending on your response to the other treatments.
Your Commitment During the Programme
For the best result, the programme requires consistency and careful aftercare.
Anne will need to:
Attend the planned sessions in the correct sequence Avoid significant sun exposure before and after laser and BBL treatments Use SPF 50 daily Follow all skincare and aftercare instructions Allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after the HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional session Inform the clinic of any reaction, sensitivity, flare up or concern Allow time for collagen remodelling, skin renewal and firming to develop gradually
The final result will continue to mature after the active treatment programme has finished.
This proposal is personalised based on Anne’s consultation with Mr Chan on 4 August 2026.
Results vary between individuals.
The plan may be adjusted depending on skin response, recovery, sensitivity, downtime, sun exposure, bruising, swelling, budget and clinical progress.
Non surgical treatments can improve skin quality, texture, volume support and gradual firmness, but they cannot reproduce the result of surgery.
Treatment around the eye area requires careful assessment and will only be performed if clinically appropriate.
Botox treatment can continue with Dr Steve and is not included in this proposal.
