Thank you for attending your consultation with Mr Chan at Circle Aesthetics, Suite 14, Blackrock Clinic, on 7 August 2026.
During your consultation, we discussed your interest in non surgical facial rejuvenation. You explained that you have not previously had Botox or filler treatment, and that you are looking for improvement while maintaining a natural appearance.
We also discussed that expectations need to be realistic. Non surgical treatments can improve skin quality, firmness, volume support, texture, fine lines and overall freshness, but they cannot reproduce the result of a facelift or neck lift.
You acknowledged and understood that the aim is to achieve some visible improvement, rather than a surgical lifting result. For this reason, Mr Chan has advised that a combined treatment programme would be required to address the different aspects of facial aging.
The aim is not to make you look different or over treated. The aim is to help you look fresher, healthier, more supported and more refined, while keeping your appearance natural.
Main Concerns Identified

Visible aging changes affecting the face and neck.

No previous injectables
As Patricia has not previously had Botox or filler treatment, injectable treatment should be approached carefully and conservatively.
This treatment plan focuses on natural non surgical improvement. It is designed to improve skin quality, firmness, texture, volume support and overall freshness, but it is not intended to reproduce the result of facelift or neck lift surgery.
Important Note About Expectations
This is a non surgical treatment programme.
It is important to understand that non surgical treatments can improve skin quality, texture, tone, hydration, firmness, volume support and overall freshness, but they cannot remove excess skin or reposition deeper tissues in the same way as a facelift or neck lift.
The expected result is therefore natural enhancement and visible improvement, not a surgical lifting result.
Results vary between individuals and depend on skin quality, degree of laxity, volume loss, healing response, treatment tolerance, aftercare and consistency with the programme.
Why a Combined Treatment Programme Is Recommended
A single treatment is unlikely to address all of the concerns discussed.

Provides more intensive laser renewal, improving pigmentation, texture, fine lines, luminosity and collagen remodelling.

To provide more intensive skin renewal, improving texture, pigmentation, luminosity and collagen stimulation.
ProFractional to perioral and periocular areas
To treat selected fine lines and texture changes around the mouth and eye area, where clinically appropriate.
Complimentary 4 week supply of Skinade
Included as supportive skin nutrition during the programme.
Important Sequencing Note
Endolift should be performed before filler treatment.
Endolift is a heat based treatment used for tightening, sculpting and lower face and neck refinement. For this reason, Mr Chan recommends completing Endolift before placing filler, as performing Endolift after filler treatment may affect the filler result.
In Patricia’s treatment schedule, Endolift is therefore placed before filler treatment.
Proposed Treatment Schedule
Patricia’s provisional first treatment date is Saturday 22 August 2026. The treatment schedule has been arranged using Saturday and Tuesday appointments where possible.
Endolift is performed by Mr Chan on Saturdays only, so Patricia’s Endolift treatment is scheduled on a Saturday.

Important Downtime Note
The HALO TRIBRID Laser Treatment with ProFractional resurfacing to the perioral and periocular areas is the most intensive resurfacing treatment in this programme.
Please allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after this treatment.
During this recovery period, Patricia may experience redness, swelling, bronzing, peeling, dryness, sensitivity and temporary darkening of pigmentation before the skin renews.
Strict sun avoidance and daily SPF 50 are essential before and after laser and BBL treatment.
Treatment around the eye area requires careful assessment and will only be performed if clinically appropriate.

Sunekos
Sunekos is a regenerative injectable treatment used to support hydration, elasticity and dermal skin quality.
In Patricia’s programme, Sunekos is recommended to improve overall skin quality, resilience and hydration, helping the skin look fresher, healthier and more supported.

BBL HEROic is a light based treatment used to improve redness, pigmentation, sun damage and skin clarity. It can also support collagen stimulation and overall skin rejuvenation.
In Patricia’s programme, 3 sessions are included.
The aim is to improve the brightness, clarity and evenness of the skin.

SkinTyte is used to support gradual skin firming and tightening.
It is not a replacement for surgery, but it may help improve skin firmness and contractility when performed as a course of treatments.
In Patricia’s programme, 6 sessions are included.

Endolift may be considered for tightening and sculpting, particularly around the lower third of the face and neck.
It may help support lower face definition and neck contouring without proceeding to surgical treatment.
Endolift is scheduled before filler treatment because it is a heat based treatment. Performing Endolift after filler treatment may affect the filler result.

Filler treatment is recommended to restore selected areas of facial support and volume.
As Patricia has not previously had filler treatment, Mr Chan recommends a careful and conservative approach.
The aim is not to overfill or change Patricia’s appearance. The goal is to restore support in selected areas where volume loss contributes to shadows, folds or reduced facial balance.
Filler treatment is scheduled after Endolift has been completed.

HALO TRIBRID is a more intensive laser resurfacing treatment designed to improve skin texture, pigmentation, fine lines, luminosity and collagen remodelling.
ProFractional Laser Resurfacing may be used in selected areas to improve fine lines and texture around the perioral and periocular areas, where clinically appropriate.
This is the most intensive skin renewal treatment in the programme and requires careful planning.
Please allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional treatment.

Your Commitment During the Programme
For the best result, the programme requires consistency and careful aftercare.
Patricia will need to:
Attend the planned sessions in the correct sequence Avoid significant sun exposure before and after laser and BBL treatments Use SPF 50 daily Follow all skincare and aftercare instructions Allow approximately 12 days of social downtime after the HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional session Inform the clinic of any reaction, sensitivity, flare up or concern Allow time for collagen remodelling, skin renewal and firming to develop gradually
The final result will continue to mature after the active treatment programme has finished.
