Rosie’s Personalised
Skin Rejuvenation Plan
A consultant led treatment proposal designed to improve uneven skin tone, pigmentation, melasma, texture and overall skin quality while keeping expectations realistic.
Dear Rosie,
Thank you for attending your consultation with Mr Chan at Circle Aesthetics, Suite 14, Blackrock Clinic, on 4 August 2026.
During your consultation, we discussed your concerns regarding uneven skin tone, pigmentation marks and melasma.
Mr Chan explained that treatment can help improve pigmentation, brightness, tone, texture and overall skin quality.
It is important, however, to have realistic expectations where melasma is concerned. Melasma can be persistent and, although it may improve significantly with treatment, it is unlikely to disappear completely.
The aim is therefore to achieve visible improvement, better control and a clearer, brighter complexion, rather than complete removal of all pigmentation.
There is no pressure to proceed. This proposal has been prepared so that you can review the treatment options and decide what feels right for you.
Main Concerns Identified
A summary of the primary areas we aim to address with your treatment plan.
Uneven Skin Tone
Patchiness and irregularity in the overall complexion.
Pigmentation Marks
Brown spots and sun-related pigmentation changes.
Melasma
A persistent pigmentation condition that can improve with treatment but may not fully disappear.
Skin Brightness
A wish for clearer, fresher and more radiant-looking skin.
Skin Texture
A desire to improve smoothness and overall skin quality.
The main treatment goal is improvement and control, rather than complete removal of all pigmentation.
Important Note About Melasma
Melasma can be difficult to treat because it may involve both superficial and deeper pigmentation.
With treatment, Rosie should expect good improvement, but the melasma is unlikely to disappear completely.
Melasma may also recur or darken again with sun exposure, heat, hormonal factors, inflammation or inconsistent sun protection.
For this reason, daily SPF 50, sun avoidance and long-term maintenance are very important.
The melasma may improve significantly, but it is unlikely to disappear completely.
Why a Combination Approach May Help
Different treatments work at different levels of the skin.
- BBL HEROic helps improve visible pigmentation, redness, sun damage and skin clarity.
- SkinTyte supports gradual skin firming and tightening.
- HALO TRIBRID provides more intensive skin renewal for pigmentation, texture, luminosity and collagen stimulation.
- MOXI provides gentler fractional resurfacing and can help refine pigmentation, skin tone and texture.
The right option depends on Rosie’s treatment goals, budget, downtime availability and preference.
Option 1: Comprehensive Treatment Plan
This is the broader treatment programme and is designed to improve pigmentation, uneven tone, sun damage, skin texture, luminosity and gradual firmness.
The programme includes:
BBL HEROic x 3 sessions
To improve pigmentation, redness, sun damage, skin clarity and brightness.
SkinTyte x 6 sessions
To support gradual skin firming and tightening.
HALO TRIBRID x 1 session
To provide more intensive laser renewal, improving pigmentation, texture, luminosity and collagen stimulation.
MOXI x 1 final session
To be performed approximately 6 weeks after HALO TRIBRID, helping to refine skin tone, texture and pigmentation further.
Option 1 Pricing
| Treatment | Quantity | Standard Price |
|---|---|---|
| BBL HEROic | 3 sessions | €1,250 |
| SkinTyte | 6 sessions | €1,800 |
| HALO TRIBRID | 1 session | €1,950 |
| MOXI | 1 final session | €600 |
| Standard individual value | €5,600 | |
| Bespoke package price | €4,800 | |
| Package saving | €800 | |
This package price has been prepared because the treatments are being planned as one coordinated programme rather than as separate individual treatments.
Suggested Comprehensive Treatment Sequence
Phase 1
BBL HEROic Session 1 + SkinTyte Session 1
Phase 2
SkinTyte Session 2
Phase 3
BBL HEROic Session 2 + SkinTyte Session 3
Phase 4
HALO TRIBRID treatment
Phase 5
SkinTyte Session 4
Phase 6
BBL HEROic Session 3 + SkinTyte Session 5
Phase 7
SkinTyte Session 6
Final Refinement
MOXI approximately 6 weeks after HALO TRIBRID
The above sequence is for reference only and may be adjusted depending on Rosie’s skin response, availability, downtime, sun exposure and clinical suitability.
Option 2: Budget-Conscious Treatment Plan
This option is focused mainly on pigmentation, uneven tone, skin clarity, texture and radiance.
It includes:
BBL HEROic x 3 sessions MOXI x 2 sessions
This is a simpler treatment plan and does not include the SkinTyte or HALO TRIBRID components of the comprehensive programme.
Option 2 Pricing
| Treatment | Quantity | Standard Price |
|---|---|---|
| BBL HEROic | 3 sessions | €1,250 |
| MOXI | 2 sessions | €1,200 |
| Standard individual value | €2,450 | |
| Bespoke package price | €1,900 | |
| Package saving | €550 | |
Treatment Option Comparison
| Option | Includes | Standard Value | Package Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Comprehensive Plan | BBL HEROic x 3, SkinTyte x 6, HALO TRIBRID x 1, MOXI x 1 | €5,600 | €4,800 |
| Budget-Conscious Plan | BBL HEROic x 3, MOXI x 2 | €2,450 | €1,900 |
The comprehensive plan provides a broader approach to pigmentation, texture, skin quality and firmness.
The budget-conscious plan is a simpler starting point focused mainly on pigmentation, tone and texture.
Both options require realistic expectations, especially where melasma is concerned.
Detailed Treatment Information
BBL HEROic
BBL HEROic is a light-based treatment used to improve pigmentation, redness, sun damage and skin clarity.
For Rosie, it is recommended to help reduce visible pigmentation marks and improve the brightness and evenness of the skin.
SkinTyte
SkinTyte is used to support gradual skin firming and tightening.
It is included in the comprehensive programme to improve skin firmness and overall skin quality.
HALO TRIBRID
HALO TRIBRID is a more intensive laser resurfacing treatment used to improve pigmentation, texture, luminosity and collagen remodelling.
It is included in the comprehensive plan because it provides a deeper level of skin renewal than BBL HEROic alone.
MOXI
MOXI is a gentler fractional laser treatment used to improve skin tone, texture, pigmentation and radiance.
In the comprehensive plan, MOXI is used as a final refinement treatment approximately 6 weeks after HALO TRIBRID.
In the budget-conscious plan, MOXI is combined with BBL HEROic as a more conservative treatment approach.
Downtime and Recovery
BBL HEROic and SkinTyte usually involve minimal social downtime.
MOXI may cause temporary redness, warmth, dryness, bronzing or light peeling.
HALO TRIBRID is more intensive and requires greater recovery planning. Redness, swelling, bronzing, dryness, peeling and sensitivity may occur while the skin renews.
Strict sun avoidance and daily SPF 50 are essential before and after light-based and laser treatments, particularly when treating pigmentation and melasma.
The exact downtime varies between individuals.
Sun Protection and Long-Term Maintenance
Pigmentation and melasma require ongoing maintenance.
Rosie should use SPF 50 daily and avoid unnecessary sun and heat exposure.
Even after successful treatment, pigmentation can recur.
Long-term maintenance may include repeat BBL HEROic or MOXI treatments depending on response and clinical review.
No Pressure to Decide
There is no pressure to proceed immediately.
This proposal has been prepared so that Rosie can review the options carefully and decide what feels most appropriate.
If finance is not a concern, the Comprehensive Plan provides the broadest treatment approach.
If finance is a concern, the BBL HEROic + MOXI plan is a more budget-conscious starting point.
The most important thing is choosing a plan that feels comfortable, realistic and appropriate for Rosie.
