Following your consultation, a detailed assessment of your face, neck, skin quality and overall facial balance was carried out. Based on this assessment, a personalised non surgical treatment plan has been designed to improve skin quality, lower face and neck firmness, facial freshness, luminosity and overall rejuvenation in a natural and feminine way.
The aim is not to change how you look, but to help you look fresher, healthier, firmer and more radiant, while still looking like yourself.

Important Note About Non Surgical Treatment
At this stage, surgery is not being recommended as the first step.
However, it is important to understand that non surgical treatments have limits. They can improve skin quality, firmness, collagen stimulation, texture, tone, redness, pigmentation and overall freshness, but they cannot remove excess skin in the same way as a facelift or neck lift.
The goal of this programme is therefore meaningful non surgical improvement, not a surgical result.
This programme has been carefully designed to give your skin and soft tissues the best opportunity to respond well through a staged combination of regenerative injectable treatment, Endolift, BBL HEROic, HALO TRIBRID, ProFractional laser resurfacing and SkinTyte tightening.
Results vary between individuals, and the plan may be adjusted depending on your skin response, healing, comfort and treatment progress.
Why This Programme Takes Time
A good non surgical rejuvenation result cannot be rushed.
The treatments in this programme work by stimulating skin repair, collagen production, dermal remodelling and gradual tightening. These biological processes take time. Some improvements, such as hydration and glow, may be seen earlier. Other improvements, such as collagen remodelling, tightening and skin firmness, develop gradually over several months.
The active treatment programme is designed to be completed within approximately 4 to 4.5 months, provided that appointments are attended as scheduled and the skin recovers as expected between treatments.
Although the active treatment programme can be completed within this timeframe, the final result will continue to mature beyond the final treatment. This is particularly important after Endolift, HALO TRIBRID, ProFractional laser resurfacing and SkinTyte, where collagen remodelling and tightening continue gradually over several months.
For this reason, compliance with the treatment schedule, sun protection, skincare advice and aftercare instructions is essential. Missed appointments, excessive sun exposure, delayed recovery or changes in skin sensitivity may extend the programme or reduce the final outcome.
Why a Combination Treatment Plan Is Recommended
No single treatment can address all of the concerns identified.
Some of the changes are related to deeper tissue laxity and collagen loss. Others are related to skin texture, pigmentation, redness, rosacea, fine lines and loss of dermal support.
For this reason, a combination approach is recommended. Each treatment has a different role, and the sequence is designed so that each stage supports the next.

The first phase focuses on preparing the skin before the main tightening and laser treatments.
This is particularly important in your case because of previous weight loss, rosacea, skin sensitivity, lower eyelid shadowing and the need to improve dermal support before more intensive treatment.

Purpose:

- Document your baseline appearance before treatment begins

- Allow comparison as your treatment progresses
Sunekos Session 1 Sunekos 1200 plus Sunekos Performa
Suggested timing: First week of June 2026
Sunekos is used as a regenerative injectable treatment to support skin hydration, elasticity, dermal quality and periocular skin improvement.
In your case, the first session combines Sunekos 1200 and Sunekos Performa to provide deeper dermal support and begin the full Sunekos course.
Purpose:

Sunekos Session 2 Sunekos Performa

For this programme, Endolift will be scheduled after the first two Sunekos sessions have been completed. This allows the skin to be supported and prepared before the main lower face and neck tightening treatment.

Endolift is expected to provide the main non surgical tightening effect for the lower face and neck.
It is recommended because of lower face and neck laxity following significant weight loss. It is designed to stimulate collagen remodelling and improve jawline and neck definition over time.
Purpose:
- Improve lower face and neck tightening
- Support jawline definition
- Improve submental contour
- Stimulate deeper collagen remodelling
- Provide progressive firming over several months
Sunekos Session 3 Sunekos Performa
Suggested timing: Early July 2026, once Endolift has settled
The third Sunekos session continues the planned four session Sunekos protocol.
In this position, it supports skin recovery after Endolift and helps prepare the skin before the more intensive laser renewal phase.
Purpose:
- Continue improving hydration and skin quality
- Support dermal structure after Endolift
- Continue periocular and neck biostimulation
- Improve the skin’s readiness for the main laser treatment
Laser Renewal and BBL Consolidation
Late July to Late September 2026
This phase focuses on skin renewal, pigmentation, redness, rosacea, texture, fine lines and luminosity.
BBL HEROic is planned as a three session course, with sessions approximately 4 weeks apart.
The first BBL HEROic session is combined with HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional resurfacing as the main transformation treatment.
The second and third BBL HEROic sessions are used to consolidate redness, pigmentation and skin radiance, and may be combined with SkinTyte to begin progressive tightening support.
BBL HEROic Session 1 plus HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional Laser Resurfacing
Suggested timing: Late July 2026
This is the main skin renewal treatment in the programme.
It combines advanced light and laser technologies to target different layers and different concerns during the same treatment phase.

This second BBL HEROic session is planned approximately 4 weeks after the first BBL HEROic session.

This completes the planned five session SkinTyte course.

Sunekos Protocol Within Your Programme
A course of 4 Sunekos sessions is recommended.

Because your programme also includes energy based treatments, the exact timing may be adjusted depending on skin recovery, bruising, sensitivity, laser timing and overall progress.
Maintenance: One Sunekos maintenance session every 4 to 6 months may be recommended depending on your response.
BBL HEROic and SkinTyte Scheduling
BBL HEROic is recommended as a course of 3 sessions, usually spaced approximately 4 weeks apart.
The first BBL HEROic session will be combined with HALO TRIBRID and ProFractional resurfacing as the main laser renewal session.
The second and third BBL HEROic sessions will be used to consolidate improvements in redness, rosacea, pigmentation and overall luminosity. Where appropriate, these sessions can be combined with SkinTyte to begin progressive lower face and neck firming at the same visits.
SkinTyte will be delivered as a course of 5 sessions.
- The first SkinTyte session may be paired with BBL HEROic Session 2.
- The third SkinTyte session may be paired with BBL HEROic Session 3.
